In the article the basic aspects of problem of grown man leadership of child's motion are reflected in a historical and pedagogical retrospective view. On the basis of analysis of existent approaches in relation to interpretation and classification of position the grown man in child's forming an author selects basic criteria the division of child's organizations, associations in accordance with the form of leadership in them.
